Conflict is all around us, and conflict in the workplace can be especially challenging. Do you dislike conflict? Avoid conflict? Do you find yourself either getting angry or getting stuck when you find yourself in a conflict? This presentation is an opportunity to understand more about the nature of conflict, how the human brain is wired to respond to conflict, and what to do about it.

This training will be specifically focused for HR professionals and anyone who manages people, to learn what to do (and what to avoid) in the face of conflict at work. You will come away from this session with 3 key principles to navigate conflict at work, at home, or anywhere conflict pops us in your life, as we look at how conflict can become an engine to build relationships and a high functioning culture in any organization.
